These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AssetsSync, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) IT Asset Management and IT Service Management platform. By registering, accessing, or using AssetsSync, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Overview
AssetsSync is a cloud-based SaaS platform inspired by ITSM and ITAM best practices (similar in philosophy to GLPI), designed to help organizations manage IT assets, tickets, users, and operational workflows.
AssetsSync is not open-source and is provided exclusively as a hosted service. Users are granted access rights, not ownership of the software.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
3. Subscription & Access
- AssetsSync is offered under paid subscription plans.
- Access is granted based on your selected plan and user limits.
- Role-based access control applies to all users.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable.
4. No Cancellation & No Refund
Once registered and activated, subscriptions cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued, as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the platform for unlawful or malicious activities
- Upload malware, harmful scripts, or abusive content
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
6. Data Ownership & Responsibility
All data entered into AssetsSync remains the property of the customer. However, you grant AssetsSync permission to process and store data solely for service delivery, analytics, and platform optimization.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the data they upload.
7. Data Security & Privacy
AssetsSync implements industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. While we strive for high availability and security, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide high uptime and performance. However, AssetsSync may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
9. Feature Updates & Modifications
AssetsSync may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve service quality, security, or performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
AssetsSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Termination of Access
AssetsSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms or misuse the platform.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
